For partners, resellers and design agencies
A premium website line your clients will call incredible.
Not another AI builder. Bespoke, mission-driven websites your clients say they feel truly seen by — delivered by Lazysite.agency's designers and copywriters, at the price and pace of an AI tool. Your brand on the front; your margin on the back. Live in days. From £1,800.
What your clients will say — in their own words, unprompted
“Thank you, thank you. You have created an incredible site.”
Bijoya Banerjea, Creator of the Sumaya Fund — sumaya.fund
“How did you do it? How long have you been working on this? I feel seen … and I feel you can see it clearer than I can see it myself.”
Edouard Mondron, Creator of FamilyLegacy
The bridge AI hasn't crossed
AI website tools can design a site in minutes. What they can't yet do is reflect a client's mission so accurately the founder says ‘I feel seen.’
Lazysite.agency does both, in one product. AI writes the code and lays out the pages, at AI speed. Our designers, copywriters and mission facilitators do the human work of articulating what your client actually stands for. You resell the outcome, at your margin, under your brand.
A brand your client recognises as their own
Design, copy and identity produced by people who ask the questions no template asks, then held in a process that surfaces the story only your client can tell. Not a summary of the business — a mirror of it.
Live in days, edited in minutes
The finished site within days of intake. After that, your client edits in minutes with their own AI agent. The pace of an AI tool, the care of an agency.
The price of an AI build
Agency-level design, copy and brand at a price point AI-tool output usually occupies. Your client gets bespoke; you get margin; the old choice is gone.
How we build sites your clients recognise as their own
We start with the Spark. Not the spec.
Every AI website builder starts with a template and a checklist. We start with the moment the mission was born — the story only your client can tell. What emerges is a site that couldn't have been assembled from a library, because it wasn't.
The moment the mission was born
Your client tells us, in their own words and in as much detail as they can bear to give, the moment they knew this work had to exist. The specific, often uncomfortable story they haven't yet let a template flatten. This is where the site's first sentence comes from.
The real moments that carry the words
We ask for two or three moments when your client felt genuinely proud of what their work made possible for someone else. The verbs and nouns that repeat across those stories are what becomes the site's copy. Nobody has to name the pattern; it names itself, by repeating.
What only they can unlock
We surface what their peers already do well (generously), what's still missing, what blocks their ideal client from getting it, and what they — uniquely — can unlock. The mission emerges from those answers. Your client leaves with a sentence they'll defend for ten years.
The proof, with the mission attached
Four clients. Four missions. Four sites they recognise as their own.
Every site below started with the Spark, moved through Stories of Pride, and ended in a mission the founder now defends in every conversation. What each founder answered, the site says. Click through to see.

Hosting & care is £45/month, flat, across every tier. That reads honestly: infrastructure is static-file hosting (very cheap) plus a monthly care envelope for updates, backups and minor tweaks. It sits below premium bespoke agency retainers (typically £75–£150/mo), is competitive with Squarespace Business (£18) and Webflow CMS (£23–£45), and undercuts managed WordPress once plugin licences are counted. Support beyond a plan's included care is billed from £500 a session; in practice, most fixes are a version restore rather than new work.
Is this you
Lazysite.agency is for partners whose clients would notice the difference — not partners whose clients want a template.
Two honest columns. If the first sounds like your book, book a Discovery Call below. If the second does, we're the wrong choice for those clients — and we'll say so directly.
Your clients have missions that matter
Founders, consultancies, NGOs, funds, creators and boutique businesses whose ideal customer would notice the difference between a template and a considered brand. You want to sell them something you're proud to put your name to.
Your clients want a template up in 5 minutes
Side projects, hobby sites, landing-page tests, placeholders. Nothing wrong with those — they don't need what we do. Point those clients at an AI builder and come back when the project earns agency-level attention.
Your clients would rather DIY
Lazysite.agency is a done-for-you service resold by you. If your clients want to build it themselves with AI help, lazysite itself is MIT open source and free forever. That path is honoured; it just isn't what we sell.
